Support Engineer (Kiev)
Great opportunity for young and experienced technicians to join the team of leading global communications infrastructure vendor, that enables Internet telephony service providers (VoIP).
All needed experience:
• Administration level of FreeBSD (Unix) OS
• Administrator level for SQL/MySQL, Apache, Sendmail
• Good written English
Main Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support (in English) of the Company’s product
• Respond to letters, telephone calls
• Troubleshooting of the system
• Investigating the root of the problem
Company Offers:
You are offered to pass 1-2 month paid(starting from $400) teaching (during day time), during which you’ll learn the company’s products, troubleshooting, analysis of the main problems, with the test at the end. The best will be offered the place in the company with :
• Official salary based on candidates expectances
• Flexible working ours ( shifts from 08.00-20.00 or 20.00-08.00 once every 3 days/ from Monday till Friday 09.00-17.30)
